These files may be stored temporarily in our internal test environment strictly for the purposes of maintaining and improving our software.
Authentication data: Each client is assigned unique login credentials (username and password) in order to access the platform.

To provide and maintain the Cegaware platform.
To assist with troubleshooting and debugging when clients share files with us.
To improve the performance, reliability, and accuracy of our software.
No secondary use: Data is never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Hosting

All data is hosted on secure servers provided by Hostinger.
We do not enforce a geographic data localization policy.
Access to servers and databases is strictly controlled and limited to authorized personnel.

4. Security Measures

All communications with our servers are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Client credentials are stored securely in our database.
Access to client data is restricted and role-based.
We continuously monitor and update our security practices to align with industry standards.

5. Data Sharing

Cegaware does not share client data with any third party.
No subcontractors or external providers have access to client data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Debugging files shared by clients may be temporarily stored in our test environment but are deleted once no longer required for maintenance or support.

7. User Rights

Clients have the right to request:

- Clarification on how their data is used.
